This class is a great place to begin learning about the healthful practices of TaiChi and Qigong. Two easy to learn routines are taught - The Eight Pieces of Brocade Qigong and Tai Chi Hun Yuan Chuang.

Intermediate TaiChi and Qigong
Once you have experienced the benefits of TaiChi and Qigong you may be interested in continuing to learn about these amazing arts. Our intermediate class offers the 1st phase of the 1800 year old Wild Goose Qigong system and an introduction to the body integration of Tai Chi Silk Reeling.
